Our company registration has three tiers of pricing depending on your requirement.

Option 1 - $649 (Inc. GST). Company registration including professional review, legal documentation and lodgement with relevant Government bodies.

Option 2 - $699 (Inc. GST). Company registration including professional review, legal documentation and lodgement with relevant Government bodies in addition to Australian Business Number (ABN) and Tax File Number (TFN) registrations.

Option 3 - $799. (Inc. GST). Company registration including professional review, legal documentation and lodgement with relevant Government bodies in addition to Australian Business Number (ABN) and Tax File Number (TFN) registrations. In addition, all documents will be professionally print, binded and delivered to you.

An ABN isn’t compulsory if the company is your earning less than $75,000 per year. Without an ABN, businesses buying your goods and services will need to withhold 49% of your purchase price and pay this directly to the ATO. This usually leads to more confusion with many businesses refusing to trade with those without an ABN.

Select option 2 during the registration process and we will take care of it. You have the option of organising this registration at a later date however it will be charged at $220 – get in touch with us.

Generally, you will need to engage an accountant / tax agent to manage compliance and reporting to the relevant Government bodies i.e. bookkeeping & tax returns. If you do not have a preferred accountant / tax agent, we can put you in touch with accounting companies that can help you getting off the ground – get in touch with us.

You will need to renew your registration with ASIC on a yearly basis. The fee is $267 (year 2019) that is paid directly to ASIC. When the time comes around, ASIC will post you a statement requesting payment for the upcoming year. is not involved in this yearly process and ASIC will contact you directly.

The only requirements are that the company has at least one director residing in Australia and a physical address (not a PO box) for the registered office. People with a history of bankruptcy or those with certain criminal convictions may also be restricted from being a director.

Most applications are registered within a few minutes assuming there are no errors during the application process. In some instances, ASIC may deem your application to be reviewed manual for example if you company name is very similar to another registered company. If this happens, the registration process can take up 60 minutes if submitted during business hours. If flagged for manual review outside normal business hours, it will be processed the next business day.

Information you will need to complete the company registration process:
  • Full name, full residential address and date and place of birth for each director or secretary of the company.
  • Full name, address and number of shares for each member of the company.
  • The address of the registered office and principal place of business.

No identification is required to register an Australian company with ASIC. However, may require you to provide evidence of your identity before processing your order if your order is deemed potentially fraudulent.

At the completion of the online registration process you will be required to download declaration forms for each company officer and shareholder. These forms will need to be printed and signed by each party name but do not need to be posted back to us – these are for you to safe keep.

A corporate key is your unique identifier that allows you to make changes about your company with ASIC post registration with us. For security reasons, this is posted out to your registered office and not available over the phone or online. Yes, a Pty Ltd company can be formed with one person. The single person will be the director, secretary and sole shareholder of the company.

Private companies are also required to issued shares. The most common type of shares issued are Ordinary Shares. Typically, companies issue 1,000 shares at $1 paid and with $0 unpaid. The total is then allocated among shareholders per their relevant ownership stakes. For example, if you had four shareholders with equal shares, each shareholder would be issued 250 shares at $1 paid with $0 unpaid. Due to the real-time link has with ASIC, applications are processed within a few minutes after payment. Due to this, refunds are not available. Changes post registration are available however will incur additional fees – get in touch with us.

Yes, within the guidelines as set out by Government Bodies. The name cannot be offensive, identical or too similar to a company or business name that has already been registered. You will only need to register a business name if you plan to trade under a name different to the company name you registered in your application. You are able to have more than one trading name that can be used under your company banner. Some companies choose to have different trading names designed to specific areas, but these all fall under the one company banner. You company name is the default name you can trader under. For example the company: John’s Electrical Service Pty Ltd trading name is John’s Electrical Service.
